1. How can I get some samples?

1) We are honored to provide you samples for free. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost.

2) Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange an international express service via FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to collect the samples; or provide us with your express account. It will be better for you .

2. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

1) All raw materials we use are environmentally-friendly;

2) Skilled workers inspect every detail in handling the stamping, printing, packing processes;

3) The QC department is specially responsible for quality checking in each process.

3. Can your factory print or emboss my logo on the goods?

Yes, we can print or emboss your company logo on the goods or their packaging, for patent protection purpose, a letter of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for the logo.

4.How can I check the status of my package?

You should receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service team along with a tracking number once your order has been processed. Please refer to your tracking number for status updates.

We usually produce goods based on either customer-provided samples or on detailed information such as pictures, logos, and sizes.
